Customer.io partnered with Sofar Sounds to host Listen More, a recurring invite-only series bringing together product and marketing leaders for an evening of live music, networking, and idea-sharing around lifecycle and growth marketing.

We hosted these events in London, Austin and Chicago, welcoming around 70–75 guests for a programme that wove together a sit-down panel discussion, two live artist sets from Natalie Lindi and Michael Sebastian, and a BBQ dinner with unlimited drinks. Sofar provided full event production — artist and venue booking, staff, MC, audio production, F&B vendor management, and a videographer on-site to capture a highlight reel for use in promoting future installments of the series.

Welcoming 300+ employees, including traveling team members from across the company, the evening was designed to ignite a spirit of dancing, laughing, and singing.

True to Wise's culture, karaoke was front and center, woven into a night that balanced high-energy performances with intimate musical moments. Sofar provided full event production across all audio and visual services, from large-scale staging and DJ sets to a cozy acoustic corner, ensuring every element of the night landed exactly as imagined.

Throughout January 2026, Sofar partnered with Brooklyn Bridge Park to host free Thursday evening pop-up concerts at Roebling Rink, set against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline. The series drew sell-out crowds over four consecutive Thursdays, with artists like Caroline Sky and Brandon Volel each playing intimate 20-minute sets and many attendees showing up without knowing who was performing, drawn in simply by the sound and the setting.

When the French wine region Côtes du Rhône wanted to showcase their wines in the UK to a new audience, they came to Sofar. Brought in as a credible strategic partner by PR agency Hopscotch season, Sofar handled the production and helped market the event to a culturally curious London audience.

The event, "All You Need is Rhône", took place at The Vinyl Factory in Soho and paired 16 Rhône Crus appellations with iconic British bands, such as  The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and Queen creating an instinctive bridge between the character of each wine and the soul of the music. Alongside expert-led masterclasses, Sofar provided the live heartbeat: a DJ set and a performance from rising indie band Adult Leisure, bringing the kind of intimate, high-attention atmosphere that a brand activation rarely achieves.

The result was an evening that felt less like a campaign and a product showcase and more like a multi-sensory journey discovery; combining tastings, storytelling, education and live performances, appealing to both wine professionals and a younger generation of culture-curious consumers.
